- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours before the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
2. Modifications to Bookings
- Guests may modify their reservation, including date changes, up to 72 hours before the check-in date without any additional charge.
- Modifications requested within 48 hours before check-in are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Please note that banks and payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
- In-room service fees, special event packages, and certain promotions may be non-refundable. Please refer to specific terms at the time of booking.
