Terms and Conditions for Kences Hotel
Welcome to Kences Hotel (“Fortune Kences Hotel,” GST No. 37AAACV7371C1ZC) – KENCES CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. By booking a stay with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which help us ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all our guests.
1. Reservations
- Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received as agreed.
- Guest Information: Guests are required to provide accurate information at the time of booking. This includes names, contact details, and payment information. Incorrect details may result in reservation issues or cancellation.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Booking Modifications and Cancellations
- Modification Policy: Guests may modify their booking, including date changes, up to 72 hours before the check-in date without incurring any charges.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the check-in date qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in or after check-in will not be eligible for any refund.
- No-Show Policy: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, net banking, or other accepted methods.
- All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Any outstanding charges must be settled before check-out.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Identification: All guests are required to provide valid government-issued ID upon check-in.
- Behavior and Conduct: Guests are expected to respect hotel property and staff, as well as adhere to hotel policies. Any damages caused to hotel property may result in additional charges.
- Non-Smoking Policy: Kences Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. A cleaning fee may apply for violations.
6. Hotel Facilities and Services
- Restaurants: Dining at The Greens and Orchid restaurants is available for all guests, serving vegetarian and international cuisine.
- Gym: Our fitness center is accessible for hotel guests at no additional charge.
- Conference Center: Meeting and conference facilities are available; please contact the front desk to make arrangements.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
- Kences Hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings within hotel premises unless directly caused by hotel staff negligence.
- Guests are encouraged to store valuables in the in-room safe or at the front desk.
